Bring us your artwork, colourway or a shape that does not exist yet. Our design team researches the category and develops new moulds in house, then your order runs on the same presses as our own range.

What we can take on
From a colour change to a new mould
OEM work follows your specification. ODM work starts from our designs and is adapted to your market.
In-house moulds and moulding
Inflatable PVC moulding and printing are handled in our own 16,000 m² plant, so new shapes and colourways do not depend on outside tooling.
OEM and ODM programmes
We produce to buyer artwork and specification, and we also develop ODM ranges with you — covering the patterns we show here and new designs built to your brief.
QC and QA supervision
An experienced QC and QA team supervises the process closely from pre-production through to final packing.
Material safety
PVC compounds are BPA free and phthalate free, with bright, fade-resistant colouring that survives repeated use.

How an order runs
From enquiry to shipment, in six steps
The same QC and QA team supervises pre-production through to final packing.
Enquiry and specification
Send the item numbers you are interested in, target quantity, market and compliance requirements. We reply with availability and a quote.
Design and artwork
For ODM we develop the shape and colourway from your brief. For OEM we work from your artwork, logo and packaging files.
Sampling and approval
Pre-production samples are made and shipped for your approval before any bulk run starts.
Moulding and production
Approved samples go into production in our own plant, with the same operators and presses running the bulk order.
QC and final inspection
QC and QA supervise from pre-production to final packing, with inspection before the cartons are sealed.
Packing and shipment
Packing to your carton and marking requirements, then shipment on the Incoterm you nominate.
