Meet us at the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, January 2027

We are on stand 3C-E07 at the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair, 11–14 January 2027 at the HKCEC — what to bring, what to ask, and the order terms you can plan around now.

We are exhibiting at the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair in January. If you are coming, tell us in advance what you want to look at and it will be waiting on the stand for you.

Where and when

  • Fair: Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair
  • Dates: 11 – 14 January 2027
  • Venue: Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, 1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai
  • Our stand: 3C-E07

The toys fair runs alongside the HKTDC Hong Kong Baby Products Fair and the Hong Kong International Stationery & School Supplies Fair, so one trip covers baby and stationery sourcing in the same building.

Admission is by buyer registration with the organiser and badges are issued in advance, so register on the official fair site before you travel rather than at the door.

What is on the stand

The whole 2026 range: eight families, 225 items. In practice that means the bath toy wall, the light piggy banks, the bath balls and fishing toys, the plastic and cloth animal hoppers, the newest moulds, the PU stress range, and the plush bounce balls including the 100 cm giant ball.

Because everything ships deflated, a stand does something a photograph cannot: you can handle the material, see how the print sits on a curved surface, and judge a hopper against a child rather than against a spec sheet.

Come with these four things

  1. The item numbers you want to see. We will have those samples out. If you only have a photo or a rough idea, bring that instead — we can usually point you at something close.
  2. Your target market. It decides which compliance documents apply, and that is far easier to work through at a stand than over email afterwards. The EU and US rules article sets out what each market asks for.
  3. Whether you are thinking OEM or ODM. If it is OEM, bring your artwork or sketch — the OEM article covers what the tooling step involves.
  4. Any packaging or private label requirement you already work to. Retail-ready packaging changes the cost, so it is worth raising before the price is agreed.

The terms you can plan around now

None of this is a show special — it is simply what an order looks like, so you can do the arithmetic before you travel:

  • Minimum order: 3,000 pcs under 15 cm, 300 pcs at 15 cm and above.
  • Production lead time: about 40 days from artwork approval to shipment.
  • New mould tooling: US$600 – US$1,500 per mould, depending on size and complexity.
  • Shipping terms: DDP accepted, alongside FOB and DAP.

Working backwards from a shelf date is the other exercise worth doing before January. The seasonality article sets out the count, and Chinese New Year falls in early February 2027 — the tightest constraint in the year.

If you cannot come

Nothing important requires a plane. Send the item numbers and your market and we will run the same conversation over email or a video call from the factory floor, with the samples in shot.

To arrange a meeting on the stand, or a call instead, use the enquiry form and put the stand number and your preferred day in the message.

Fair dates and venue are as published by the organiser. If the schedule changes, the official fair site is the source of truth.
